Yo where not here to make your whole shit up for you.Just try to figure a diet out with low carbs high proteins post what you come up with, and than we will crituque for you. Its to hard to make up a specific time table for you since we have no idea what time you work, go to bed get up etc...So like I said think it over a little and than shoot up a post with what you came up with.

shoot for 2 grams protein per day. Get this from LEAN beef, chicken, turkey, Eggs, fish, tuna, cottage cheese, protein powder.

eat moderate to low carbs high on the GI postworkout and low GI any other times. Get these from *High GI:Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Low GI: oatmeal, fruits like peaches, strawberries, plums, apples, berries, bannans are ok, oranges, yams, sweet potatoes, whole wheat bread, ww pasta, brown rice.

eat healthy fats: Flax, Udo's oil blend, Omega-3, Olive Oil, get most of your fats from these. Stay away from saturated fats.

Eat every 2-3 hrs, hungry or not, protein in every meal. Have a meal with protein before bed or a protein shake.

bro, it isn't that hard. If you've been around here enough to know how to run gear then you should ALREADY have the diet figured out.

You'll definitely regret having run gear if you don't already have a solid diet and training regimen already working. If you haven't been training for at least two years and have your shit figured out then skip the gear! I made the mistake of running gear too soon and I just lost it all by not eating right, etc. after the cycle.

You should try running 20x bodyweight in calories and somewhere around a 45/35/20 split for macros. Buy a food scale and go to www.fitday.com and figure out how much you are eating. Split the cals over 5 or 6 meals per day and read some of the other threads on this board. People are posting/critiquing diets all of the time.

I am almost exactly your size. I ran gear up to 200 lbs and came right back down to 180 in six months. You're wasting your money at this point. Get up to 200-220 lbs naturally and then try the gear.
