desperate...need help flu systems!!

i've been sick as shit for a week and a half. i've been week as shit, and it's killing my training. i have no energy at all. i need something that will boost my immune system back up and my energy as well. i have no spleen so i need something that will help me out. so i can get back in the game!!!!!!!!NO TRAINING IS KILLING ME!!!!!!

Calm down diced.

If you have the flu and not performing well in the gym then you might as well take some days off and get plenty of rest. You're not helping your body to be recovered and healed at all by hitting the gym and getting all stressed out about performance & loss of strength. Wait until you're 100% recovered and walk to the gym and resumed your love of lifting once again.

For now, sleep more, stress less, more zinc , vit C, Echinacea and Cod Fish Liver Oil (all of which are immune boosters and have anti-infections properties).
 
I have heard oil of oregeno.....

but growth is right, REST is best. you are only delyaing your recovery by training. This might just ben the break you needed anyway.
 
hey thanks guys,
i i know i was getting stressed out about it. the thing is i have taking the last week and a half off. cause i have had zero energy. and i was just feeling like i was going to get way behind. but i guess if i would have pushed it i might have ended up really behind. so i am going ot finish up this week with rest and be back at it monday if all goes well. i'm starting to feel a bit better this afternoon. besides a killer headache. but i should be good to go monday!
 
you take a prophylactic dose of penicillin right?

you coughing up anything? temperature? sweats/night sweats?
