Back when I worked as a teache's aide, I worked with troubled teens. They needed a goon that could hold them down if they got out of hand. Anyway, I had to escort this inner city black kid who had transferred to the school, to the principal's office for an interview. The female principal asked Derrick what he wanted to be when he grew up. Derrick replied, "A pimp" I nearly bursted out laughing because he was dead serious.

Not unless they want the shit beat out of them. On my job, I have to be aggressive and instill fear in the kids I work with. I call them kids, but all are over 18. They are like animals and can smell when you're weak. After I drank Wednesday night, I was lethargic and weak at work and they could sense it and tried me much more that day.
