Over about 8 weeks I gained 15 lbs with t400 and Eq400. I also had dball for the last 4 weeks @ 25mg a day.
At that time I was 73.5 inches tall and weighed about 240. I have a big bone structure and a heavy build. right now I am closer to 265 lbs, but I am working on that. i took time off to start a family and I got fat!! Now I am getting back in shape.

A light cycle for most , but it is working good for me. I have gained some muscle and burned some fat. Istarted about 275 went up to about 280 and then started burning fat off. Mostly I eat tuna, fruit, and broccoli, with very few carbs, bread, pasta, etc...and no burgers or fast food! I am around 265 and body is startiing to look better. I still have alot of work, mostly need to burn fat stomach and ass.
In a few weeks I am planning to start a Fina Cycle to burn more fat and get harder. I also have my cytomel on order to help shred the fat. I have lost about 10 lbs since I started this about 6 weeks ago, and I have gotten stronger as well. I hope my next cycle will help me burn even more fat. It takes alot of discilpline and exercise to change your body's shape where forty or fifty pounds is concerned.
My goal is to be a lean and pumped 220 - 225 lbs.
