Delt Injection?

I'm getting ready to do my first delt injection. Will a 23 1" work or do I need a 5/8?
My sholders aren't huge or anything.
Is 2cc's too much?
I've looked at spot injections site and it seems pretty easy.
any tricks?

I always use a 23g 1" for all my delt injections...2cc's is fine, I normally use 3cc's...

yeah, go for it. 23 gauge 1" is the standard. For winny I use 25 gauge 1 "'s... I've done 1.5 cc's with no trouble, 2 should be fine. Good luck.

I actually did my first delt injection today and I used 25 g 5/8". I'm use to a 22g, that's what I've always used. But a 25 was smooth and I didn't even bleed afterwords.

yep. if you have a 25g 5/8", you should use them for your delts. you'll hardly feel it going in. i use 25g for everything but 5/8" for delts, bis and calves

I would avoid the 23g and go with 25g if you have it. 1" will be fine. Just warm it first so it flows easily. 1cc should be absolutely no problem, 2cc's might ache a bit the next day 'specially if this is your first delt injection. Go slow and massage a lot if you do the full 2cc in one delt.

I usually do 22 1.5 pins for my delts.
But if they're not that big you can do a 1"
I used 2cc at a time with no probs.
