define cutting cardio pro's plz

to the pro's / competitors on here .

I read post after post about cutting, getting shredded, ripped and all that but i dont read an exact description of how you guys are doing this.
YES i know every one is different but how do you do it?

So if your on stage in say 3 months what is your diet roughly and what is your cardio routine?

Is AM cardio on a treadmill full incline at a walking fast pace for 40mins- 1hr a day with say 1600 cals high protein low carbs and fat going to get you there plus the weights 3 days per week?

What cycle do you run?

what extra supplements are you using ?

this should be a good guide pending on the feedback,

I'm exactly 12 weeks out from a show now. Stats 21yrs old, 5'11" 237lbs around 8% bf. I have been dieting for 4 weeks already and started out at 245lbs 12%.

Diet: (my first week on this , past 4 were 350carbs/day no reefed)

150 grams carbs (split into 50g breakfast, 50g pre and 50g post workout)
500 grams protein
30 grams dietary fats + 30 grams EFA's
8 meals total

Reefed every 5th day (1200 grams carbs, 200 protein)

Reefed day will be reduced once progress slows.


1 hour morning cardio and 1 hour cardio before last meal (treadmill 8.0 incline, 2.5mph, heart rate doesn't go above 95bpm)

weight train 6 times/week, each body part hit once per week.

Currently on

1500mg Test E
1200mg Deca
1200mg EQ
100mg proviron
25mg aromasin
.75mg pramipexole

compounds will change as i get closer to the show

Supps:

CLA
GLA
Caffeine
Amino Acids
Creatine
Injectable B complex
Kynoselen

That is a heavy cycle looks like an incredible bulker.
 
wow thats a crazy cycle, im seriously blown away by the pure qty of that cycle, you must be one huge guy...

Thankyou very much for that response it was basically what i wanted to hear. just the split carbs and timing basic stuff i didnt think of so cheers for that.

impressive to see your dropping 1% per week there with the treadmill. So some one on less compounds just 3 days per week training would be ok.
