How high defiicit you guys think you can get away with, wo loosing muscle?
Lets say u do a 500 test base. How low can u go and still maintain muscles! ;)
 
It really depends... Your body type and metabolism.
Some people tend to lose muscle easily, me for example, cut some calories and a few gymdays and 6 lbs can be gone just like that :)
 
I know lyle mcdonald say that 1 lbs of fat can free up 31 cals a day. So if u have 30 lbs of fat you can stay around 930 kcals in deficit.
Thats why i really wonder about this :)
