I think by Yellow cap you mean Organon Decca. These are sometimes referred to as Yellow Tops (as each 2ml vial has a yellow top). These come in boxes of 5 vials which are 2ml and 100mg per ml

Sustanon comes in amps of 250mg (1ml) and is a blend of tests

These are both injectables but different meds
