DECATHLON, getting faster, getting stronger

Hi guys I was hoping you could help me.

I am a decathlete (track & field). I have had a few injuries up until now and have never been able to make a break through because of them.

I want to get much faster and more powerfull without gaining bulk if possible. Keeping in mind i need to be flexable enough to hurdle and keeping my joints in one piece would be an advantage.

I have been advised to take a few different thing...

Winstrol: athlough i have heard that on it's own there is no point and it's just a waste of money

HGH: wich i know alot of decathletes are using as well as most of the other athletes around the world but was advised against this as a starting point.

Test Suspension: But again i was advised to take it with something else HGH for example.

Anavar: Which to be honest i know little about.



What ever i take needs to be oral and needs to be out of my system in a short space of time as I am tested in competition. I am in training from september-march. so i need to be clean by march- Getting a positive test is not an option.

Advise on what to take- cycles- and how much to take would aslo be a massive help. I have been doing the research myself but there is so much out there and you guys seem to know what you are talking about.

The mention of injury seems to me the only reason to consider hgh at this point, and I don't know if you'd be tested for it or not. Probably, there is no good reason to justify it at this time.


I'm going to say test suspension and winstrol would be a great combo. Don't worry about adding muscle - just make sure you are training in acordance with your sport. Muscles are what MOVE you. A few pounds of quality muscle, in the places you need it, will yield greater benifit than the detrement of those few pounds.

Shed a little excess fat during the cycle and it's all good.


Now you need to consider recovery and competition issues...
 
All injuries have been down to weakness really, i've had knee problems due to my vmo being under developed, shoulder instability from pole vault, and the odd muscle tweak hamstring and quads. They are just stopping me from stringing anough training together. I am friends with a physiotherapist and sports massure and they tell me it's weakness.

I'm about 6ft 1
80kg-176lbs
body fat is around 10-12% at the mo, but in competition phase it always drops to around 8%
 
I wont be tested until, at the earliest march thats why i ask if there is something that i can use for even a short time like a month or two and then come off and continue on the creatine etc. but i am aware of the risks involved, thank you for making that point.
 
Yeah, no problem adding a bit of muscle bro. Just make sure your training is on par, quality diet with at least 1.8-2.5g of protein per day.

With test suspension you need to inject every day - you could use prop to spread it of to eod injections. (I have no experience with drug testing, but I think prop clears inside of a week. Check on that.)
