If I was to go on a round of deca what would be considered a dcent cycle and what type of pct and gyno prevention would I need.

do some research yourself... this isn't meant as a snide remark either. Here's the thing: If you don't do any research yourself you will never know whether or not the advice given to you is correct. you could be following some really bad advice and injure yourself because you didn't want to put in the time to do your own research..
