if you go online and google it.....it commonly says that it is one of the best at you get good strength gains and alot less sides
i cant really speak for it as i have not tried it
but why is it given such a bad wrap by alot of people? is it because people on here have actually tried it and do know how it really works perhaps?
any thoughts by people who have tried it? and is it any good or no good?
