how long is your cycle?
Typically I'll run 1000IU per day, for 5 days during my cycle, after 4 weeks of being on (so 5 days during every 5th week). Then, once I'm sure the majority of gear has cleared my system, at the end of a cycle (with deca I'd wait 2-3 weeks), I'll run 1000IU/day for 10 days. Followed by clomid for 3-4 weeks.
