ALL RIGHT . First things first, I am 6'5" 230lbs. 20-22% bf. I have only run one cycle before three years ago and it was a deca/test cycle that topped out at 300 deca/ 500 test and wad a 10 week cycle with 2 weeks of clomid at the end. No sides such as deca dick or biotch chichi's (gyno).
I have recently moved so sources are nowhere in my life and i work ODD hours so the facility i have to work out at are in my apt with my free weights, and the apt fitness center which is good for cardiocycle and stairs too and back and abs, and has a bowflex and squat freeweights. So its oaky for what i want to achieve.
I need to cut more than buk, but some bulking is good too in the process. When I CAN find it I am thinking of running the following cycle:
WK 1-2:
deca 250
test 350
wk3-8
deca 400
test 500
wk 9-12
deca 400
winny 200 drinking not injecting
wk 13-14
winny only
wk 15-16
clomid
Until I can find a source my plan is to clean up my diet and hit cardio 5 days a week and lift 3-4 days a week staggered. Diet to be High in whey protein, but A LOT OF VEGGIES, NUTs, whole grains, oatmeal, rice
meat:
white chick
tuna
salmon
Thats about it,any comments or advice would be most welcome. I have done some research for the last 8-9 months to make sure i want to juice and how i want to do it, but I am ALWAYS learning so I like to hear the logic behind replies, not just a bunch of IMOs and I am the MAN replies.
