Deca/Winny Stack -- Tips Needed

Hey Everyone, so this is my first cycle ..

My height is 6" and my current weight is 169lbs(77kgs). BF is 16%..
My goal is 185lbs+(85kgs). Been weight training for 2-3yrs.

My diet is quiet good, eating 2x protein per bodyweight, etc..
I've got 20ml of Deca Durabolin(200) and 10ml of Winstrol Stanazol..

How should i stack this?
And where should i inject it? Does it make a huge difference if i inject the glute instead of delt?

Another Question, when should i inject, like few hrs before gym or when i wake up or?
I've read that Deca has a half-life of 5-6days, inject twice a week or?

You are doing something wrong with your diet and training if after 2 years of training you are 169lbs with 16%bf at 6 foot tall.

Post your diet and training split and hold of the steroids for now so we can help you achieve your goals.

Deca and winny would be a very bad first cycle. Your first cycle should be 500-750mg test and dbol could be added .
 
Way too much test for a first cycle, second don't mix hormones on your first cycle, third do some research if you want to bang your girl friend in 6 weeks, becuase the way you are headed you dick won't work for about 9 weeks if your lucky.

Hey guys, well im guessing it's 16% BF i haven't measured myself sorry shouldn't have even posted that..

I'm 22 years old..


My diet is; 5 scrambled eggs with 4 slices of toast - breakfast
morning tea - chicken sandwich(chicken breast slices with cheese, tomato) and 4 slices of bread
lunch - depends -- subway or pasta with tuna or chicken with noodles, normally intake would be (30g protein, 40g carbs)
afternoon - varies but be rice with something before i go gym..(Small meal)
after Gym hav protein shake (30g proterin, 50g carbs)
n a small snack before i go sleep..

Why is deca/winny a bad cycle?.. since i will use this, should i add another substance in it or do deca/test n later on do a winny cycle?
what are my alternatives in using these 2 substances..

Also i won't be using high dosage, it be limited to 2-3mls per week for 8weeks(deca)

Training Split is: 4 days

Monday -Chest/Bi
Wednesday - Back/Tri
Friday - Quads/Hams
Saturday - Shoulders/Calves

Can't add extra day or put into other days cause i have uni and work..

Seriously, theres no need for you to use right now. Youre only 22 and have been training for 2 years. At 22 your body is already producing more than enough testosterone. Keep training strong and eating well for another 5 years or so and then take a look at taking the plunge.

agree and when that time comes run test e on your fist cycle 250 mgs 2x a wk for 10 wks.and most important run a proper pct!
 
But say if i did want to use steroids..

If i did a Deca/Test E/Winny stack, how would i go about it -- considering i would have 20ml of Deca & 10ml of Test E with lastly 10ml of Winny aswell..
Want to have it all within a 12weeks time-frame..

Any suggestions?
 
First off ml don't tell us anything other than volume. The important numbers are ml + mg/ml. Mg/ml tell us how much of a substance is in each ml. It could be 200mg/ml or 400mg/ml.
Second, test what you should only run your first cycle, and you should run it between 250mg/week-500mg/week.
Third, not knowing the above two shows that you should be doing more reading.
 
But say if i did want to use steroids..

Then I will tell you that you shouldnt.

Isnt that why you join a board like this...to get advice from people who probably know a bit more than you do?
 
increase your protein intake. You are currently eating around 150grams. Start eating at least 350grams and you will start growing.

keep it simple:

400 mgs Test E a week 9 weeks
Oral Kick start weeks 1-5

Good PCT
 
So i've got for eg, Deca 200 in 10ml bottle.. So if i was to take 300mg/week it would mean injecting 1.5ml/cc per week..right?


I've done research,and deca/test is apparently a very good stack.. Well i understand ur advice to not take it, but i've already got the steroids, and it's just one cycle lasting 8-12weeks and i won't be taking it anymore.. it's quiet expensive here in australia the steroids..

I'll be eating a lot more it seems like, my protein intake is about 150-170g. I thought twice the bodyweight is beneficial, since too much be a waste?

I want to get to 185lbs(85kgs) and start to shred and get cut after it..

If i was to stack it, Deca/Test/Winny.. what's the best stack?..
