I am 23 years old ,6'4 and 275. I have gained the majority of the last 40 pounds in the last 3 or 4 months just through taking in more calories more often. I have gotten to a point where I would like to get to around 300 so i can diet down to 270-265 but I want my gains to be more lean muscle. I have taken Deca twice and gotten fairly good results, d-bol once and gotten good results. I want to take a cycle of test but have always heard there are more side effects and you lose the majority of your gains. I am going to take a cycle and was wondering which would be the best way with diet and my workout plan to gain 20 or so pounds of lean muscle so i can get past the 300 pound mark. Help!
