Im on 700 prop & 600 deca.
Pumps are freaking insane I trained back 5-6 days ago and it still sore as hell
also yesterday doing squats my lower back was so pumped after just the first 2 working sets of squats I felt like dropping to the floor.
Is this normal? I thought it was supposed to heal me faster, but 5 days after back still hurts from insane pumps, same with chest and arms.
I am 23.
