things work different for everyone.,....

everyone raves about fina here and it does shit for me...

wks 1-14 primo 400-600mg/wk
wks 1-12 deca 400mg/wk
wks 6-12 winny 50mg/day

hit the cardio and diet and you should be hard as a rock !!!

Eat a high protein low carb diet, train hard and get lots of rest,

No booze or drugs when on gear.

Personally I would run the winny starting week 10-16, that way I would be able to go right into clomid.

I agree that everyone reacts differently, but I wouldn't get my hopes up on gaining 15lbs of muscle on that cycle. It's really not considered a bulking cycle.

You will get more out of it the cleaner you eat. I did a very similar cycle of deca, primo, winny and var.

Deca 500mg/week
Primo 400mg/week
Winny 100mg/day 50 morn/50 night
Var 70mg/day split through out day

I gained a good quality 9lbs. looked cut and hard.
I loved it!

If you have the Eq I would definitely use it. I would think you would reach your goal of 15lbs easily and be lean if adding the EQ!
