Deca prescribed by doctor?

My friend got thse Deca amps from someone who says they are prescription from a doctor. They read as follows:

2ml
Nandrolone Decanoate
200mg
for intramuscular use only
Batch: F72
mfg 04/2000 exp: 04/2005

they are in a 2cc tinted glass amp

he says that he gets them from a bodybuilder who gets prescribed DECA.

Anyone know about these.

Deca prescribe in the us at 200mg strength will come in a purple top 1 ml vial

These were prescribed in the US. and they are all in amps. Very professional though, not like the niles that are all different sizes. They are all the same size, in tinted glass amps
