Deca-Optimum Injection Routine???

What do you guys think is the best schedule for injecting Deca? Once every 5th day or so seems optimal, but Ive heard once a week is sufficient too... My first time running Deca I followed a Mon/ Thurs routine, but this caused a buildup of the ester causing me to begin to feel some progesterone sides, and i switched it to e4d.
What are your personal preferences? Thanx.

I usually do Mon/Thursday w/deca. This cycle I am doing it 3 times a week, Mon/Thurs/Sat along with Dostinex and I am not having any of the "sides" I normally got from deca in the past without the dostinex.

What is the p[oint of injecting deca 3 times a week? That seems ridiculous.

Once weekly injections is fine with deca but you typically don't run deca by itself. If you stack it with sust then a once weekly injection schedule is great. If you stack it with test enanthate or cypionate then those compounds need to be injected twice weekly so it's no big deal to mix deca right in the same syringe and go twice weekly with that too.

Agreed I guesss, bit Indy says he's shooting it 3 times a week. What would be the benefit of that?

Small amounts of dec added to any viscous type of test makes the shot go down MUCH easier.

All once a week. Second week. I,ll see what happens.

hey dog...both tren & deca in the same cycle? i've heard thats a no-no. you using any dostinex or bromo with that?

Not yet. I can jerk off 3 times a day. Nipples are dead.
So every thing is fine for now. Some bromo is on the way, just incase.

That is the ONLY reason I can think of to inject deca more than 2x a week.

Once weekly is fine for the deca and EQ. You can get by with that frequency on an enanthate ester but it's not optimal.

you should seriously consider using the bromo (or try and get some dostinex) as soon as you can.

why wait for the worst to happen?

hows that saying go, "an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure" (or some shit)

it just amazes me how some people are willing to risk things like gyno & loss of libido because they aren't "noticing" any sides or want to save a few bucks

Saving a few bucks is not a problem for me.
I get this stuff very cheap. Wholesale prices on generics are very low. I have access to legit wholesale market here.
I am separated, not seeing anyone. If I am able to jerk off, additional bonus.
Gyaeno doesn't happen overnight. The moment I see one nipple acting funny, it's bromo time!
Prolactin is not as strong in causing gyaeno anyway.
If you notice, total dose of Deca and Tren is not that high (550/week) as I am using both in small doses.
