Deca/M1T/Methyl-D/T3/DNP

Here is the run down.....

Been on deca for about 6 weeks now.... 300mg per week, I take 20mg of M1T before workouts only (3-4 days per week) started T3 on week 4 planning on doing 5 week t3 cycle. started dnp on week 6 (2 days ago) 200mg per day....going to run the dnp until it the sides start to bother me.

I am surprised how well M1T works.....awesome workouts on that stuff. strength has been going up slowly but I'm dieting hardcore....I think since i started I have only had 4-5 "bad" eating days and 3 of them were planned. I've been doing calorie restriction and simply refusing to break my daily meal plan. so far I'm actually doing it.

Today the dnp and T3 started taking effect on my workouts....was soaked in sweat after 20 mins and my strength was down to nothing

I'm down 10lbs since i started 6 weeks ago. abs are getting there....starting to look sick! can't wait for summer at this pace! I don't think i'll ever wear a shirt
