Hey guys,
Well as I have said before I dont want to ruin my cardio...but I really want to lube my joints for a little while...I am running EQ (Finishing week 4...going for 20) and starting var on monday( running for 6 or 8...haven't decided). My bro found out I was having some major joint pain and he gave me some deca...I think it is 20ml at 200mg/ml...
What do you think would be the best for me to run it at...I dont want to hold and water in my muscles...or very little...and I definatly dont want it to hurt my gas... Should i run it at a really small dose like 200mg/week or even smaller....
