deca/dbol cycle should go with Nolvadex??

I'm going to use deca and dbol

deca:200mg*10weeks
dbol:25mg*40days

that will be my first cycle...do I have to start the cycle with Nolvadex???
if so,what's the dosage??

I have clomid,Nolvadex,Clen

AND...when is the best time that i use Clen to burn some FAT out...??during or after the cycle??

please give me a good suggestion

First piece of advice is add test to your cycle. 200mg/week of deca is pretty light but after 3 weeks your natural testosterone production will be neglible and there's a good chance your libido will be too.

Whether or not to add nolvadex is a personal choice. The main thing it will do for you is prevent gyno from excess estrogen. Since your cycle's pretty light, chances are you won't need it. If you do develop initial signs (sensitive/itchy nips or lumps) you can start nolvadex then since you're smart enough to have it on hand.

As far as clen, I'd save that for post-cycle; it will give you strength and energy when you need it most. Build as much muscle as you can on cycle, then after your last deca shot do 3 weeks of clen with lots of cardio to lean out.

Consider getting HCG and using 1,000IU EOD for the same 3 weeks after your last deca shot to keep your test levels up and bring your testes to full function. Three weeks after your last deca shot, start PCT with nolvadex and clomid.

When you start to get to higher dosages of deca, I strongly advise adding dostinex to your cycle and PCT. This will combat the elevated prolactin that comes with deca and tren cycles.

this is your second thread on the same question. NO, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO START WITH NOLVA, IF YOU START GETTING SIGHNS OF GYNO START TAKING NOLVA 40-60MG TILL IT SUBSIDES. YOU NEED TO DO YOUR RESEARCH ON AAS BEFORE EVEN THINKING ABOUT DOING A CYCLE, THE REASON EVERYONE IS TELLING YOU TO USE TEST IS BECAUSE DECA AND DBOL DONT USUALLY GO TOGETHER TRY TEST AND DECA, MUCH BETTER COMBO.
