Deca break?

Hey felas, I had to take a 3 weeks break in my deca cycle (400mg/week) at the 5 week mark.
I just resumed today (200mg/2x/week) after a good 20 days off deca. Do you guys think that 3 week won't d much since deca is a long ester? or my 5 weeks are lost?

5 weeks aren't lost, the 3 weeks off just slowly got lowered your nandro levels and now that you're starting again it may feel to you like week 1 or 2 of the cycle depending what your levels are-there is a chart i've seen to show how much mg you'd have in your bloodstream after 1,2,3 weeks off drugs as compared to being on for 12 str8 weeks...bump

Well if you were going to pick something to do that with deca would be the first choice. You will certainly be starting over at this point so you should just approach it that way. Even though the long ester avoided a crash, by the time the shots you're doing now kick in you will have lost the 3 weeks.

yea i agree. its like starting over again. it sucks you had to miss the weeks. but by the time the new shot takes effect it will be more like 5 weeks missed so, well no it will be 3 weeks since the the last shot wears off. i would extend the cycle though just a bit. thats my opinion. that really does suck missing weeks though.

Yeah i know it sucks i had no choice... I restarted 200mg yesterday and will shoot another 200 tomorrow to raise my nandro level. I'll add 3 extra weeks to the cycle, i think it's about right since i was planing a 10 week cycle.
