deca and winny

hey guys, it will be my first cycle, i was gonna do deca and winny. should i take 50mg winny ed or eod? also i wanted to use proviron too, what should the dose for that be and when should i take it. im gonna be using 400mg deca a week. and will have nolvadex on hand

Try this......

Winny 50mg ed weeks 5-10
Deca 400mg a week 1-10

Nolvadex is obsolete cuz deca converts to progesterone. But 400 a week should be fine unless your extremely sensitive. Sounds like a good first cycle to me. I would rather use 400mg of test a week instead but the deca will be fine. Your libido may suffer not sure if proviron will help or not may bump for more info on that. Be sure to hit clomid post cycle and you should start to grow.....

starting same cycle w/ 250mg test next week. proviron is good stuff. 50mg ed is fine split them up during the day
