deca and progesterone

Hey bro's, I was going to run deca with my next cycle. I've never used deca before so I wanted to know how the progesterone sides were if running 500mgs test cyp and 300mgs deca weekly, with .5mg arimidex daily. I hate water bloat so I'm trying to avoid it if at all possible.

A-dex should fine to reduce, even @ .5mg EOD...if it's not enough just stick with your original dose. As for progesterone, I think the a-dex should reduce estrogen enough that progestagenic sides do not become a problem, but prov or dostinex should be considered if you are prone
