Deca advice

if i was to use deca 400mg would i take it all at once or eod also I am 3oo lbs I was told never to go over 30mg d-bol a day but i have been reading of guys taking 50mg a day. can i go this high or would 30mg a day be fine...

The deca once a week is fine, I personally like to split my shots up. As for d-bol if u r a first timer 30mg/day is more than enough, but u can always see how u react to it. For my cousin 30mg/day didn't do shit so he bumped it to 50mgs/day and had decent results. He weighed 180lbs at the time.

Not being a fan of needles I like to only inject once a week. 30mg-dbol/day should be fine with the deca. But you can definately run it at much higher levels should you feel the need to.
