Wussup bro's. I'm thinking about doing some clen to get rid of some of my b/f. i'm at about 18% right now (5'11, 208lbs). I'm trying to get back down to about 10/12% bodyfat. I'm not really great at those strick diets,
I can go with moderate diet, but can't do the crazy ass diets. Should I do the clen by itself with a eca stack first with a 2 week on/ 2 weeks off cycle or should I throw the chinaman winny in there too at 50mg ED. I have about 200 anavar pills too (5mgs). Should I use the clen with eca first and then do winny and anavar together? let me know fellas.
