Why don't we take the money from the next two fiscal budgets of our state and federal prison systems and make a *mostly* functioning moon-base.

Ship all the lifers and death row inmates up there. No bars, no cells and let them live their debauched lives up there.

I mean, for the most part they'll prolly never keep the thing stable enough to keep them all alive and even if they can keep it running, they'd pretty much just kill each other off anyway.

Or better yet, we could load a tons of hidden webcams in the moon-base and get network television or pay-per-view to foot the bill for the construction of the moon-base....
