Yea you really have to pay attention to everything going on because there are so many plots and subplots in it. I can't believe they started the series with Bullock and Al going at it like that. That was fucking crazy. I wonder why Bullock, his wife and kid act so disconnected from each other. Did wifes and sons call their dad Mr. so and so back then? Seems so inpersonal. I'm curious to see what role his wife plays when it comes to Bullock and the widow.
As a side note. Only 3 more episodes of Carnivale so I'm eager to see what happens. It's definitely a dvd set I'll be buying.
