A buddy of mine placed a large (much more than personal use) order from a source a few weeks ago. The package was supposed to be delivered to his house. He checked the tracking number the source gave him and it said that it was signed for by a DEA Agent the day before it was supposed to be delivered. I really don't understand why they would give him a warning by saying it was signed for by an agent...but they did....He has since cleaned his house of everything gear related and is now playing the waiting game. I'm assuming someone will be at his house within a few days to question him and possibly search his house. bUT My question is this, if they don't find any evidence in his house, no computer to seize, no gear, no pins, packaging items etc. and he does not accept the package (assuming they will attemp to set up a controlled delivery) can the DEA still charge him with anything?
