dbol/sust/winnie + PCT

This is my first cycle, I know many may think that it could be too much but that is fine. Please read the post, especially the part concerning my goals and special circumstances. Also, I have done my research and can't find anything that describes PCT or anti-bad effects compounds in regards to AAS that really fits what I have got going on.

HERES MY STATS:

5'10''
200 lbs (my walking around wieght is 175)
27 yrs. old
15-10 % bf
been working out since I was 14
my diet:
try to get in 5 meal/day, to include 2 protien shakes, the meal is not always healthy(see special circ.)


SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES:

really bad knees(can still do squats, just not regularly)

not worried about wieght gain or competing (want to increase maxes in comparison to body weight and still have a good cordio....ie. 14 min 2 mile run time)

geograqhically located in an odd place with limited access to supplements

my workout schedule is frantic. I do it on purpose. It is something very similiar to what you would see if you were on a football team. The objective is total body fitness to include cardio, max wieght with oly lifts, explosive power, and strength endurance. (I realize that this is different from many of the goals that you guys may have). Although it keeps all of the muscles shocked and at all time, some over training injuries are common though. If you would like an example of a weeks worth of workouts please get in touch with me, I would be glad to discuss it with you.

As far as diet goes, I eat what I can. As healthy as possible, but not what I would prefer, the chow here is not that great, lean protiens are hard to find. It is unavoidable, although I still have a relatively high metabolism and don't really gain too much fat when I end up slipping.

The PREPOSODED CYCLE

WK 1-10 500 mg. sust EW
WK 1-4 40 mg. (oral) ED
WK 5-10 50 mg. (oral) ED

My normal body weight is around 175 lbs. w/ 15% bf. I have focused on working out more than running the last few months and have gained 25 lbs. of lean muscle with the following OTC supplements.

1-2 scoops Vapor prior to workout
1scoop whey protien morning
1 scoop >>>>(fast acting protien) evening/post workout

From looking at the cycle above, should that work to fit my goals (I could take the winstrol for longer if needed), also what should the PCT be for such a cycle? Do I need to take any anti-estrogens during the cycle? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
First off if your knees are that bad there are alot of other ways to build leg strength without squats and when you run make sure its never on hard surfaces,run either on ortho treadmills of off road(makes a big difference)also add in a fish oil/vita oil supplement(i like oilo)Also because some of your compounds your taking can effect your joints.And if you were 175 and uve put 25 lbs of lean mass than your walk around weight is not 175 it is now 200 lbs.Personally I say drop the winstrol,save it for later.Proper weight training and your goals of increasing your max will easily happen.(remember to lift heavy if your wanting weight to go up)As far as your pct and your training regiment you need to research this site and ull find everything you need thats why theres a search feild in the top right,your gonna get a dozen different opinions on pct and most will be correct but you need to look at all the ups and downs of each and see what fits u best.Good Luck
 
3 things I don't like right off the bat.

1. your bad knees. you better work your legs before jumping on a cycle, going on cycle is not gonna heal them up. figure out how to work your legs without bothering your knees. there are ways.
2. your diet. not gonna gain muscle on protein shakes. you need real food.
3. running an oral for that long.. run it for 3 weeks, 4 weeks max. thats it.

and yes if you are gonna run dbol you need an AI unless you want to look like a bloated fish.

as far as PCT. who the heck knows. what works for me might not work for you. I like running HCG into PCT and throwing HMG with it. then running a low dose SERM for another 4 weeks ED.

also with dbol you can kiss your cardio goodbye, your pumps are gonna be so bad that your calves and shins are gonna feel like they are gonna explode. this from personal experience. if your goal is cardio AAS is not gonna help in this department, running more will.

dbol makes my joints feel like hydraulics lol never had a problem doing cardio on it no need for the anti estrogens unless the bloat is bad on the dbol or your getting itchy nips on winny you won't need it at all

hcgenerate/post cycle/unleashed have always treated me well sex drive on it is comparable to being on cycle and you can get it all in one place :)
 
alright, thanks for all the help. I know how to work my legs, without hurting my knees, I really enjoy squatting though, it is just part of my routine. Food is what it is, I do pretty well here, just not what it would be like if I was at home. I've been working out for years with OTC supplements only, and understand that protien shakes aren't a be all end all. I will also probably cut the winnie from this cycle also. For the sust I am pinning 250 twice a week, I've seen different theories like 250 EOD and 100mg ED, I just didn't want to go with that high a dose for the first time.
