This is my first cycle, I know many may think that it could be too much but that is fine. Please read the post, especially the part concerning my goals and special circumstances. Also, I have done my research and can't find anything that describes PCT or anti-bad effects compounds in regards to AAS that really fits what I have got going on.
HERES MY STATS:
5'10''
200 lbs (my walking around wieght is 175)
27 yrs. old
15-10 % bf
been working out since I was 14
my diet:
try to get in 5 meal/day, to include 2 protien shakes, the meal is not always healthy(see special circ.)
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES:
really bad knees(can still do squats, just not regularly)
not worried about wieght gain or competing (want to increase maxes in comparison to body weight and still have a good cordio....ie. 14 min 2 mile run time)
geograqhically located in an odd place with limited access to supplements
my workout schedule is frantic. I do it on purpose. It is something very similiar to what you would see if you were on a football team. The objective is total body fitness to include cardio, max wieght with oly lifts, explosive power, and strength endurance. (I realize that this is different from many of the goals that you guys may have). Although it keeps all of the muscles shocked and at all time, some over training injuries are common though. If you would like an example of a weeks worth of workouts please get in touch with me, I would be glad to discuss it with you.
As far as diet goes, I eat what I can. As healthy as possible, but not what I would prefer, the chow here is not that great, lean protiens are hard to find. It is unavoidable, although I still have a relatively high metabolism and don't really gain too much fat when I end up slipping.
The PREPOSODED CYCLE
WK 1-10 500 mg. SUST EW
WK 1-4 40 mg. (oral) ED
WK 5-10 50 mg. (oral) ED
My normal body weight is around 175 lbs. w/ 15% bf. I have focused on working out more than running the last few months and have gained 25 lbs. of lean muscle with the following OTC supplements.
1-2 scoops Vapor prior to workout
1scoop whey protien morning
1 scoop >>>>(fast acting protien) evening/post workout
From looking at the cycle above, should that work to fit my goals (I could take the Winstrol for longer if needed), also what should the PCT be for such a cycle? Do I need to take any anti-estrogens during the cycle? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
