Back pump ... yeah, they are a bitch, but I like the tightness of my skin over the muscle fibre everytime I retain water on D-Bol. I would suggest splitting it into 2 dosages, as stated above. I always, ALWAYS get the old pink 5mg/tab tabs ... it gives you a helluva lot more room to play with dosages during the day. I'll have 10mg am, 30mg approx 2hrs pre-WO and another 10mg PM ... ensures the levels stay ... well, level :lol:
Shibs, in your case, bro, split 'em up and take the smaller of the split (if you split them old school without a tablet splitter) AM and the bigger of the split approx 2hr pre-WO ... essentially that is what DBol is, a pre-WO substance.
There is a lot of debate going on in the world of gear around this ... should you take it pre-WO, only then and no othe time of day or should you split it up? this is, if you think about it logically, a catch-22:
If you take your daily dose pre-WO only, then you will experience a better workout for that time, which has, of course, it's benefits. If your strength is up and your endurance is up, then your muscles get worked significantly harder.
If you spread your dosage across the length of a day, then,by the time WO (Work Out) time arrives the actual present amount of methandrostenelone is lower than taking option 1 up there, but then it is spread throughout the day and you have major up spikes and downcomers in your bloodwork which I think is more important ... constant and stable bloodwork.
