Dbol or Anavar

For a first cycle, doing 500mg's /week of Sustanon for 10 weeks...what would you say is better to kickstart for the first 4 weeks?...Dbol or Anavar?

i'm 5'8...190lbs..12% BF..looking to add about 20lbs of muscle...30 yrs old..train 5 times per week for the past 8 years...pretty much hit a plateau and ready to move to the next step..

My first cycle was Test Cyp 500/wk 1-10 BTG anavar 40mgs/day. Loved it!
