I would rate them about the same mg/mg. One 50mg adrol about the same effect as 50mg dbol. If you do 100mg of adrol a day, you will surely see the difference. You should know that adrol seems to be somewhat finicky, that is, I know guys who just do not respond to it while others taking the same stuff grow like weeds.

Thinking about the potentiel sideeffect I would choose dianabol, anadrol has been shown to be a direct couse of liver cancer.
