Dbol on Training Days When Off

GaryWary, posted in a separate thread that it may be a good idea to take Dbol on training days only while off cycle.

I would be interested in this.

I wanted to know who has tried this and at what dosages. Is a good idea? I'm a little skeptical due to health reasons.

*You will not gain much - it aint a proper cycle. *However, gains can be greater than you think from this regime - why? Because you still have that potent message in your brain telling you that you are chemically assisted. So you have a psychological advantage. Also, you get better pumps and you are stronger.

However, natural test will be mostly unaffected (i.e. not shut down) and health consequences of 3 or 4 days per week dbol use is going to be negligible. Take it all in the morning for even less chance of any shut down. Do it for a 2 or 3 weeks here and there.

Just be careful. The only danger is you tell yourself that it is ok to do this indefinately - i.e. 'bridge' non-stop. If you are the kinda guy that does 2 x 8 week cycles a year. A 3 x 2/3 week dbol training day only cycles will help you with the mindset and with strength. I don't believe health will be affected to any degree. 25mg is fine for beginners/intermediates (all of my advice is good for newbies and intermediates - cos that is what I am).

Personally, while this is tempting, I wouldn't do it. I just think that over time it would hurt your liver, particularly if you use orals in all of your cycles..
 
I'm very interested in this. Your saying that on training days while you arnt on anything it is ok to take 20mg of dbol every now and then? you dont have to take it constantly for it to get going? example I wake up and decide to take some dbols to increase my pumps and thats ok?

in a 1976 study published in The Lancet, 11 males took 100mg Dianabol ed for 6 wks. They hat no elevated liver values after that.
Interesting is, LH and FSH levels did also not decrase significantly when compared to a placebo group. Obviously they took it all in a single dose (in the morning?). Dan Duchaine cites this study as evidence that DBol does not suppress HPTA when taken in one single dose per day.

Not even just 3 x 2 weeks per year?

I have only done one proper cycle so far. I aim to do 1 maybe 2 x 8 week cycles per year (500mg per week tops - I will never go for more than this). My goals are not 18+ plus arms. I want another inch on arms (17) with excellent definition i.e. very low bf%. Therefore for people like me who are hardly hardcore but in fact rather conservative with doses - do they really have anything to fear from such a regime?

I understand what you are saying. But it is all about boundaries isn't it? I would never go beyond 30mg per day dbol. There are hardcore's on here that will take 50mg.

So for me and people like me - what is wrong with this regime?
 
I'm not passing judgement, by any means. I just prefer others to be the guinea pigs. Seriously though, there's enough of a track record established over the last few decades with dbol and how to use it. Before I did what you are suggesting, I would like to hear from others that have actually done it. That's all. It probably wouldn't hurt you, but I'd rather be safe than sorry, but that's just me. You'd probably be OK. I just wonder if the benefits would be all that great. Also, I retain alot of water in my face when on that WOULD BE A CONSIDERATION FOR ME IN TERMS OF MY OVERALL APPEARANCE.
