how hard is it to keep gains from dbol. i have read about insane strength gains, however, do these go out the window once your off. with pct done right, if your bench went up 100 pounds on dbol, could you keep all of this stength.

It will drop yes, how much depends on your diet, pct, etc.. Some strength is lost from the loss of water retention alone. I am not as strong as when I was on dbol, but then again you can hurt yourself while on dbol. I am pretty small guy, 5'7" about 195 when bulking and I could bench press 360lbs for a few sets of 10 when on my last dbol cycle. Wouldn't even try it again, even on dbol cause I found out my shoulders aren't up to that much weight, that fast......just take it slow, you'll get stronger, but you dont want to keep those mega strength gains anyways,, you could hurt yourself if not careful
thats what i though, stickin with my eq var cycle, i just feel like those gains are so easy to keep. was just thinkin that boostin my bench would be nice, rather be patient, with my tiny joints i will hurt myself and be at square one.
