DBOL alone?

is dbol alone good, for someone about 155-160,im not looking to get huge right now ,since spring break is around the corner......but would like to pack some muscle while losing my fat.but looking somewhat lean........any suggestions?
 
NO!!!! search this...it has been answered a million times by me alone. dbol probably wont help u lose any fat....it is all in the diet. but it will sure as hell make you look fatter. you will hold water and look soft. my suggestion to you is learn how to diet and train hard.
 
nah i dont care about losing the fat from DBOL,or looking soft,i just wanna get some gains ASAP 3-4weeks tops
 
Doof knows how to diet. I think he's just new to AS. As for your question, Dbol only will give you mostly water gains....i'd say about 50% of your gains will be keepable (not good compared to other AS's) if you keep you cal and protien intake up.

For your goals, don't use Dbol. Listen to my advice on your other post.

Fina will give you quick gains, and they are MUCH more maintainable than Dbol. Winny will take about 4 weeks before it kicks in with results. Same with Test+EQ.

I'd say you'd be lucky to keep 50%. You'd more likely loose it all within a few weeks of coming off. Throw in some test, I don't understand why anyone would want to do dbol only.

the only people that loose ALL their gains from Dbol are the ones with a shitty post-cycle diet.
 
I've kept a large % of my gains from dbol only cycles on multiple occassions (no clomid either - this was a long time ago). I have no idea why people have so many problems with it. Water is gone in a few days and then you'll probably lose a bit more but that's generally it.

If you Dbol, add test. But for your goals, I would do one of the cycles I recommended in your other posts. Dbol+Test will bloat you out. You could take arimidex for that, but now it's getting out of your price range.
 
If this is your first cycle stay away from the 17aa's.
Do your body a favor and hit up some sust or cyp or some kind of test. Your body will thank you, and your gains will be better.
 
I agree with Corleone. If $100-$150 is all you can shell out, then just stick with a nice simple test cycle. You can get 2 10cc bottles of tornel for $110 (enough for 8 weeks at 500mg/week). And spend the last $40 on clomids and your set.
 
bro definately run that sust. i'm about to run 40 mg's d-bol every day and 1000/mg of omnadren a week... followed by clomid thereapy....might as well try and get the most out of your cycle... good luck!!:p :p :p

Clomid is a must...And at the very least, have nolvadex on hand in case gyno symptoms germinate. If you can afford it, get some arimidex. It is by far superior to nolva as an anti-e.

Sust alone is fine. If you didn't know, sust is, put simply, different kinds of test mixed into one (hardcore lamen's terms i know :) )

Also, prices on one amp will vary depending on your dealer and what lab produced it. Can range from roughly $7-$12 per amp.

i asked him about the sus to my freind he said when he bought it ,it didn't say sus,it said test <--something like that,???

yes, 3 weeks later begin on clomid. Take 300mg day#1, 100mg for the rest of the week, and 50mg for the next two weeks of clomid therapy.

start nolva as soon as you notice any puffyness/lumps in your nipples.

100syringes cost roughly $20
clomids cost roughly $25
nolva is roughly another $40

he selling it for 15$ per amp,30$clomid for 30pills
syringes he will give for free

but i dont think i have time for 8week cycle ,since i leave May 1? 6week cycle descent for somewhat results dont wanna blow up big or somewha

novadex really needed for sus or can clomid be okay?

IMO, Nolvadex is not "required" but I agree with Audio on this. Since it's cheap, you're better off having it on hand just in case you start to get symptoms of bitch tits (gyno). That way you can be able to stop it. I would think that the last thing you want is to have your nipples growing when walking the beach bro! :p

Arimidex is great stuff from what I read but it's expensive. Based on your budget I would get the nolvadex.

D-bol alone is not a very good cycle my friend did it for 8wks and gained about 20lbs then lost most of it soon after

say first shot i will take it with source on saturday........but i dont train on weekeneds,i train weekdays,does that mean for my 2nd week i have to take it on a saturday also
cause after the 1st week i plan on takin it every monday in the AM before i head to the gym????

damn dude. If you can get another source, do it. Or try to bargain him down, because $15 is pricey.

To answer your questions, if you're going to take 500mg/week, you will need about 2cc's/week (assuming it's 250mg/cc). So yes, 2 shots per week...for 6 weeks...that's atleast 12 amps you need (at $15 a pop, that's a hefty $180).

Also, you should have atleast 30 or so syringes on you, because you should change needles after you draw up the juice. So figure on goign through 4 syringes/week, for 6 weeks; that's 24 syringes....and have some extra in case you fuck some up.
 
um, you really need to find out exactly what test ester/s your getting. Ask him and let us know so we can tell you exactly when you need to take your shots.

If you notice gyno, start on 20-40mg everyday till the end of your cycle.

250mg/week is a good conservative choice for a beginner.

what do you mean each bottle has two shots. The only bottled sust is ttokkyo which is 5ml, and loeffler which is 10ml.
Sustanon should either come in an amp or a rediject syringe. They shouldn't be more than 1ml. If they have more than 1ml, then it's probably testex or some other test that comes in 2ml amps.
Sounds a little fishy to me?

yes...take a peak at the bottles BEFORE YOU BUY THEM, and let us know what it says on them, who it's produced by...give us some details here. Last thing you want to be is out $150 and nothing to show for it. That guy is surely jacking you for everything he can get.
