dbal for 20 weeks?

i know the general consencus is 6-8 but i love the srength gains , i dont drink, and i am runnign sust and EQ for 20-, WHY NOT DBAL. please give me good responses.
 
i wish people would give their age and stats, including a brief cycle history when asking cycle question... i know, that's not what you're asking about, it's just a little peeve of mine.

personally i think dbol is best used for relatively smaller lengths of time, like 2 weeks at a time.

if you use dbol for that long, however, i would strongly suggest using something to protect your liver; especially alpha lipoic acid. ...and plenty of it. i prefer to use r-ala.

also, i don't think 30mg is even necessary with dbol, 20mg spread out evenly during the day will get the job done quite well.
 
D-bol is quite hepatotoxic. It's used in small intervals to prevent the buildup of toxic metabolites... ingest, metabolize, take time off to clear, ingest, metabolize, take time off to clear, and so forth. Otherwise, you're ingesting more d-bol and producing more metabolites than your body can clear effectively... you're ramping up the toxic factors to potentially very dangerous levels.

well i have gieven my stats numerous times, sorry.

3rd cycle presently in the middle of the one in my sig.

goal is to get 20 mre lbs on this cycle and cut down to 230 of ;ean muscle mass.

i have been on dbol for 7 weeks now, and i am going to take weeks 8-10 off and jump back on, is this enough time inbetween to rest?

in my experience -- and i have done this -- the only way to put on 20 lbs of LBM is:

1) train hard enough to make you need to eat around the clock.
2) eat really big, and eat from every macronutrient; carbs, protein, fats, eat it all.
3) prioritize your training like this and go heavy weight with low reps (5), to relatiely light weigt with high reps (10-12), respectively: a) big muscle multi-joint exercises first (squats and deads), b) smaller muscle multi-joint exercises (bench, rows, etc.), and c) single joint exercises (bi's tri's).
4) include some kind of total body routine one time per week. how about 800+ lb tire flipping?

it doesn't matter what AS you put in your body, unless you do at least the top three above, it will be impossible to put 20 lbs of LBM.

i believe in the old rule of time on = time off.

to go along with what Dr.M said: as oral steroids are broken down by the liver more and more liver cells are damaged, and without rest/recovery, liver's detoxifying functions, thus, diminish considerably over extended periods of time as it's anti-ox capacity gets depleted. If liver is no longer capable of filtering out the toxic waste, it will open blood 'pockets' inside to store the toxins and prevent from entering into the blood stream. This is known as peliosis (sp?) hepatitis - your liver can only hold so much..
To help with this you might want to look into Glutathione supplements, glutathione precursors (n-acetyl-l-cysteine) and r-ala. But best would be to simply let liver recover.
