I was a HUGE Dale Earnhardt fan. (I even named my dog Ernie, lol) I just couldn't bring myself to jump on the Jr bandwagon after last year's 500....Still a fan of Earnhardt racing with Havick and Waltrip, though.

Well...we have to pull for Sterling....

he's from our hometown....and geez....why he pulled that crap with the car??? think he just got overexcited.....his son is gonna be the one to watch....Steadman.....

I think it was that and the fact that he crossed the yellow line to basically knock Gordon out of the race. They were probably going to penalize him for that anyway, but he made the job easier by trying to fix his car.

I was hoping Gordon and Marlin would battle it out with each other since they were basically out of it.
