day before the show question???

Here is the situation
trainer had me start diuretic monday, but eat and drink the same as every day right up till thurs night, last water was before bed thurs. On friday, just get to sip, still taking diuretic(aldactone 50mg 2x daily), and diet is supposed to be pretty much the same with some fats planned later in the day
now my question is, if I am not drinking water today, and running a diuretic, is it possible to "spill over" and go soft today, but eating some extra of the fats that I am supposed to eat later, ie steak, cheese cake, etc??? I've been told about how diary can bloat you, but that doesnt seem possible when you are taking it almost no water, and using a diuretic.

Part of why I ask is this is a level 1 show tomorrow, have a level 2 in two weeks that is a little more important, so I figured any experimenting I am going to do, to see if I end up fuller, or softer, and frankly just get to eat some goddamn food, this would be the time to experiment....

Now its 10am the day before, so any replies would help, either way
And the "just stick with the plan comments dont really help", I am basically looking for an explanation either way, if its possible to bloat, on some dairy, or anything else for that matter, with basically no water and 100mg of aldactone per day. And sodium isnt an issue as she isnt cutting it anyway

Yes you can spill over because that's from extra carbs. You will need to moniter yourself to know when/if you need to cut the carbs back later in the day. As far as cheescake goes, you said you can experiment with this show so it might not be a bad idea, or if you are worried about it I'd go with white potatos for the carbs later in the day with the steak. The dairy may not bloat you bad but may leave a slight film of water. Aldactone is very mild so you shouldn't get to dehydrated from it. One thing you might want to keep an eye on is that too little water in you will take away your vascularity. If you skin is tight later and you have no veins you need a little more water. But if you have veins but your skin is a little loose you need more carbs. Hope this helps.

that does help, thanks. I see my trainer today at 5pm, so she'll tell me if I look soft or not, as of right now, I feel pretty razor sharp, and just cut my water before bed. So far I've only had about 80 carbs today, all from potatoes, its not stuff with carbs in it that I want anyway, its my homemade cheesecake(low fat cream cheese, low fat whip cream, and equal(sweatener) instead of sugar, and peanut butter, just cant get enough freakin peanut butter

That cheescake will taste like an orgasim in your mouth at this point! It's good that your trainer will see you later. If your sharp now that's good you can bring it in slowly today, not having to scramble, and that reduces your chances of spillin over.

it does taste better than orgasm right now....sooooo good, I'm kinda just snacking on it really slowly all day, every now and then having a bit of peanut butter, which is an orgasm and a half.....and its noon and so far have had basically only a few sips of water

I feel your pain with the water. It must be a pre contest thing with the peanut butter, myself and everyone I know that competes goes ape shit over peanut butter when they diet.

I really dont mind the water, although without it, its harder to feel full, now its just about the food....

You can still bloat from dairy. You can have stomach bloating, from lactose intolerance, and water retention even though you're taking in any water. You can still smooth out.
