I've been dieting for about 12 weeks. I started dieting at 7% BF at 252 lbs , and now I'm a little under 3% at 228lbs. I used test prop with EQ at the beginning of my cycle, and used a low dose of Fina (transdermal) with winny during the last 6 weeks. I also started using clen for the last 3 weeks, and I'm impressed with the results.
I've carb loaded the last 2 or 3 days, and have filled out nicely from being carb depleted. My skin is very thin. My glutes are cross-striated for the first time, but I'm holding a little water from carbing up that I want to lose.
I tried diuretics before and they made me appear flat with less vascularity.
My plan was to do light cardio tonight with 2 sweatshirts on to lose subcutaneous water. I also plan to used glycerol tonight, and tomorrow morning 3 hours before photos.
How can I modify or change my plan to look as shredded as possible?
