Day 12 on DBOL/SUST/DECA with ZERO results

Remind you my stats before this first cycle:
145lbs, 5.9", 4yrs training, 11.3% bf.
My cycle was imporved thanks to you guys and it's:

WK1-4 30dbol ed
WK1-10 500sust, 300deca (sunday: 250sust, 150deca, wednesday: 250sust, 150deca. I have to cut it this way because it's total 8cc a week)

(I took the first week just 20dbol, 250sust, 150deca )

I eat around 3000-3500cals (500 to 1000 above maintnance).

I took measures today after 12 days on the cycle and BOOM:
Fat is gone from 11.3% to 12.6%(about 3lbs!).
LBM has gone 3lbs But it could very well be just water because the TBW(TotalBodyWater) has gone also about 3lbs.

Strength gains, well nothing exceptional, I almost always get stronger from workout to workout even before cycle. Nothing dramatic.

Biceps Diameter exactly the same as before the cycle.

I just look much fatter (Hardly see abs anymore) and nothing else visually exceptional.

WHAT THE FU*K IS WRONG???? IS MY ECTOMORPHIC GENETICS THAT BAD? I'VE BEEN TRAINING 3-4 YEARS HEAVY (EXTREMELY) WITH ALMOST NO RESULTS! I THOUGH THAT AS WOULD DO SOMETHING EVEN AFTER 12 DAYS!!

Almost all the guys here and other places say clearly that DBOL should act in days, certainly 12 days is sufficient to see something.
My source himself called me on the phone yesterday to check how am I doing, and when I told him, I notice nothing, he said: "That's very strange"(Repeatadly for 3 times)

The dbol should start putting on water weight by the second week. Give it another week or two and be patient. Train hard and keep eating.
 
give 1 more week for the d-bol, at that weight(145) you should be getting alot of weight from that specially with the 500 of sust and 300 of deca. I weigh 225 and still gain 5 pounds per week while on only 25mg of dianabol. Are you sure your stuff is real?

p.s. I am also a natural ectomorph so that dosent have anything to do with the gear response.
 
The legitimacy of the DBOL (or the sust/deca) is always questionable. However, I did compare pictures of my Russian dbol to the original, and the packaging, the taste and the crush test, all seemed to be fine.

I am drinking about 2 gallons of water a day! I know that drinking so much water prevents water-retension. Maybe, that's the case? Anyway, what's water-retention any good for long-term? no good. But I heard DBol being an AS also causes Myofibril Hypertrophy and not just water.

Water retention is good on the short term since you can actually lift more weight. So in turn you can gain more strength over the A.S. cycle period. On the long run, you may not want excess water since you are carrying more weight than you need too which is not healthy since it can raise blood pressure.
 
The fact that you have hardly gained anything in 3-4 years of training should be looked at.

Either:

1- You don't know how to train: could be overtraining or undertraining

2-You don't know how to eat: you may need more calories. Post your complete diet. I hope you don't rely on shakes only.

3-There is something wrong with your nuts.

or

your gear is crap.
 
You may have fake shit. Or it has not hit you yet. I do not get my best gains until 4-6 weeks into a cycle. Although you should have felt something from the d-bol if it is real. It seems like you are not an ideal bodytype for bodybuilding. I mean 5'9'' and 145 after 4 years of training? You must not be eating enough or correctly. You need to eat a lot because you need to gain some weight. But if your saying that you are gaining fat you must be eating the wrong foods. Anyone, no matter how bad their genetics, can make progress if they go about it the right way. Someone like yourself does not have room for error. Your diet must be right on all the time or you will not grow. I would also say their is a strong chance that your gear is fake.
 
Big Andy just nailed it.

4 years of training and you're only 145lbs means that you have no clue how to eat.

I can make you weigh more than 145lbs without lifting or juicing.
 
Age or weight does not matter,

you should notice results from dbol after three to four days .....your weight wont go up, but your pumps should be great.
Also, you should have noticed incresed stamina n your workouts as well.

If you are eating that much at your weight, you should have started to make good gains by now.

Time to start thinking about your gear being bunk my friend.
You should have felt the dbol by now.......the injectables usually take a little longer, sometimes 2-3 weeks if I have been off for a while.
 
give the deca and sust another week or two to kick in, and I don't know about the d-bol. I get results within the first week, but I have to take atleast 40mg to get results. That's just me though, everyone is different.
 
I think BigAndy69 hit it right on the head. You've been weight training 4 years and only weigh 145 at 5'9"? What's your diet like? Are you training hard or just showing up at the gym? Gear is not magic, it's just a piece of the puzzle. If your diet and training arent' up to snuff don't expect much.

dboll should have been doing a number on you by now, give it another week, if nothing dramatic occurs your gear is bogus

Again, my stats may confuse you, but fact is:

1) I've been training good for the past 3 years,
I've tried different methods and gave each one enough time time
see what happens.and especially good for the past 12 months,
I've hired the Best and most expensive hardcore personal trainer in my country. This guy has success for over 10 years. He is
amazed at my phisique. He told me that he's never ever had
somone genetically fuck*edup like me, nor did he ever see
documented such a failure to achieve muscle mass like I do.
He said I am the most intense training guy he has ever seen
even among pro budybuilders.

2) Regarding nutrition, without being arrogant, I really don't
know of anyone who is eating precisionally like I do. My personal
Trainer has a degree in Nutrition, and he told me, I can challange
him with my knowledge.

3) I have an Electronic weight scale on which I weight _EVERY_
food that I EVER eat during the day. I then use a program on my
Ipaq that logs EVERTHING I eat!
I don't think anyone of you know precisely how many CARBs/PROTEIN/FATs you are eating everyday, with a +-5%
accuracy??

4) I am the craziest motherfuc*er you will ever see. :alien: People who
know me will agree. Did you see the movie "as good as it gets"?
It's more or less me, only I am a more pedant person!

And yes, I am the little guy with the 145lbs frame that trains for
4 years, 95% with extremely high-intensity. Who never misses
a workout, even if I am dying. And yes, I only got about MAYBE 5-6 lbs of mass in all these years.
My genetics start point was bad, and my genetic potential sucks
even more.
 
Man that fuckin blows. 145!!!! DAMN! I would quit working out and pick up bowling if only gained about 2 pounds a year.
 
fitwizard, no one is immune to testosterone. I doubt anyone is immuned to dbol. Therefore, if everything you say is true, and you're truly the hardest training, most diet-precise, intense person ever to walk the earth, then your gear is ALL fake. OR, you're full of shit. I don't know which one it is, but I've trained some pretty damn 'hard-gainers', and put size on them without gear. Even if your gear is fake, I have a hard time believing what you're saying. Wait for the test to kick in. If it doesn't do anything, then all your gear is bunk. If you think the gear's real, then you're bunk.

Not speaking on your gear situation that has been addressed. I did know a guy I trained with for awhile. Trained harder than anybody in the gym, mostly powerlifting stuff. Had a pretty weak upper body but could squat and dead like a son of a bitch (500+ dead / squat at about 180). By looking at him you barely could tell he trained, maybe you’re the same. My post was kinda harsh I will agree, but 99% of posts like the one you made are from people that expect miracles from gear without training very hard. If I'm wrong I apologize. Check into the gear, if it's real, you'll just have to play the cards you've been dealt. All I can say is don't give up. BTW, you didn't say how old you were.

One more note. What you've been doing hasn't been working for you. Maybe you're overtraining. quote, "Who never misses

not a good idea, that's your body telling you I've had enough. Recovery is just as important as training. I'm not saying that's your problem but it's something to think about. Maybe try training less often, and cycle your lifts like powerlifters do. They don't train to max intensity every workout, it burns you out. Just a thought.

that is some crazy stuff because I just started the same cycle(higher doses but I am 245lbs) on monday and I can already feel the strength kicking in from the dbol. you might want to post some pics of your gear to get a check on them.
