I don't think tattoos enhance a woman's appearance. In fact, they probably detract from it slightly. I think the reason why guy's find those tattoos on the small of a girls back so attractive has nothing to do with the tattoo itself, but its placement. It draws attention to her ass, and the woman is also more likely to show off more skin and ass so that the tatoo is visible.

Women really don't need to add anything to make their bodies more attractive. They are perfect just the way they are.
