This might sound a little weird to some, so please don’t ruin this post with a flame war. Thanks!
I am 25 and a regular user of AS. I am 6,3” and a very lean 210lbs.
My problem is that whenever I am OFF AS I get these dark circles under my eyes. I look tired, but feel 100%. I have tried sleeping different sleeping patterns but it doesn’t make a difference. I figured it could be low testosterone levels, so currently I am on 250mg per week of testosterone, but that is not helping either. I did more experiments during my last cycle (1000mg testosterone per week), where I got rid off the tired look by adding a certain amount of anti-e ED, but too much anti-e caused it to come back. When I ended anti-e, I looked fine again until water retention took over. Even now, on 250mg of testosterone per week, if I had some dianabol the day before I will look ok for the next day.
You guys think this is because of water retention levels, because it seems to happen whenever I loose weight.
Is there a way to re-adjust my diet to up the water retention? My current maintenance diet is 270g protein & 3300kcal ED. I have a fast metabolism & am naturally quite skinny.
Cheers guys.
