I'm talking boring wyoming and idaho baby. Actually, don't go there is horribly boring and plain.

The phoenix valley is actually getting pretty nice, aside from ghetto mesa. The chandler/gilbert area is really nice. I'll be there in 2 weeks.

Utah isn't bad. It's just cold as shit in the winter.

I'll be fine...don't live near a river but the people near the Maumee and in Findlay are screwed. An ex of mine that lives in Oregon OH had a great finished basement she hasn't repaired from the floods that happened a few years back.
