i got 520mg caps and i was wondering how much or how many times a day would i have to take em to get the full effect out of them. im getting ready for a show in like 2 weeks and im looking to cut alot of water.(10lbs)

Most caps that I've seen are in the 540mg range...I think the normal reco is 2 caps 3 times daily, with food

thanx man, i wasnt sure on how to take them in order to get the full effect, cause the label says to take one or two a day with 2 glasses of water.

I'm not a competitive BBer...Hopefully Mr X, ~SC~ or others can chime in, in terms of DR's benefits and doses...All I'm saying is what most bottles recommend

2-4 caps a day can be plenty, mix in Vit C and lots of water and you're on your way
