T Thinker82 New member Jul 12, 2002 #1 Why does ALA make me bloat up like a balloon. I've always had a problem with bloating (look good in the morning, afternoon comes around and I look like shit) but now that I'm taking ALA it is noticably worse. Anyone else experience this?
