Damn Weider!

I go to another message board everyday and so do quite a few pro bb'ers. Well, these bb'ers under contract with Mr.Weider were informed they are no longer allowed to chat on any website except for a Weider run website.

If anything, the chance to converse with these guys would have helped promote Weider's products. Weider now has pissed-off many people who were actually Weider suppoters before.

What a crock.

It's the "Get Big" message board.

Shwan Ray, Dennis James, King Kamali, Bob Cicherillo, Garrett Downing, Tom Prince and Lee Priest post there.

Other than Lee Priest, who is not a Weider athlete, the others have been told that under their contracts they aren't "allowed" to use a non-Weider board.

Tom Prince was coming every day and gave out lots of useful training and diet information. He's also funny as hell. He was the person who informed the Get Big board of Weider's comments to his athletes regarding internet chat and boards.

They can still post anonymously, but would put their jobs in jeopardy if it bacame known who they were, so I don't see any of them coming back any time soon.

They were told to post on Flex-online which is one of the slowest boards around.

Oh well, it's always about the bottom line ($), I guess.
