It is a real dump. And thats why its so great. Its called Metroflex in Arlington and run by a great guy who is there almost 24 hours a day. Membership fees mean nothing to him, its all about providing a place where larger individuals can lift without looks and comments from members of larger chains. I go there myself sometimes when I want a reality check. Its hardcore, nasty, dirty. No bikes, no treadmills, and if you want to use something, well then go pull it out of the corner damnit. No fans, no AC, its in a damn industrial park. Water fountain squirts out yellow water. Real down to earth people, real hard work, and people you can bond with. I've seen coleman there several times, among other people who weigh well over 250 and are in great shape. As much as people throw comments at Ronnie, when he's there, in his element, and your talking to him, its really hard not to like him. I personally think he's a great guy. Sorry to get off track fellahs. Didnt mean to hijack your thread. Yeah he does look sick in those pics.
